Pay Range And Compensation Package


Salary ranges may vary depending on location. The general hiring range for this position is $17- $18 per hour. Actual compensation depends on education, experience and relevant skills.

About The Position


The NCMS Customer Care Product Assistance Specialist is responsible for assisting customers with use of their medical devices, which were shipped from the Home Medical Device Retail (DME) facility. The Customer Care Product Assistance Specialist will work within the scope of responsibilities as dictated below with guidance and support from Customer Care leadership team.


Essential Functions


  • Maintains accurate and detailed records in company database
  • Adapts quickly to frequent process changes and improvements
  • Instructs NCMS customers on how to obtain assistance from device manufacturer, when necessary

  • Is reliable, engaged, and provides feedback as to improve processes and policies

  • Provides effective customer service while verifying and updating patient demographics
  • Attends all department, team, and weekly company meetings as required
  • Assists NCMS customers over the phone with how to correctly use their diabetes medical device
  • We obsess over the customer experience
