About BCSE
The Brand, Customer and Sales Experience (BCSE) organization within Intel's Sales and Marketing Group (SMG) exists to make it easy for Intel's customers, partners, and sellers to grow business together, through optimized customer experiences, accelerated business opportunities for sellers, simplification of processes, and harnessing our Brand marketing footprint that make people not just choose, but prefer Intel and ultimately maximize profits for Intel. We deliver market-driven insights to better understand our customers, facilitate world-class digital experiences and customer engagement programs, advocate for and with our customers to enhance the customer experience, accelerate sales impact and velocity though leading seller experiences, build the data and technology foundations to accelerate business impact, and nurture our marketing talent to target our customers at the right point and time within their journeys.

Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

  • Helping with content development for our training web sites and Sales CRM (aka Salesforce) in-app guidance
  • Coordinating and executing logistics for virtual learning programs in Microsoft Teams or Teams Live to ensure a successful experience for Intel facilitators, learners and stakeholders
  • Collaborating with our Learning Strategist and Communications Manager to drive communications around our learning programs
  • Collaborating with Sales Excellence subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop learning content with appropriate voice and level of depth for audience, topic and channel, under the direction of our Learning Strategist
  • Establishing relationships with learning peers across the company to align on communication strategies, practices, and schedules
  • Managing the publication and distribution of learning materials
  • Creating and analyzing reports to measure and improve the effectiveness of learning content, channels, and practices
  • Gathering feedback on the quality of trainings from trainees, instructors, and managers
  • Managing the delivery, tracking and measurement/reporting of employee learning programs to ensure they meet stated objectives
  • Communicating directly with participants at all levels and contributing to a positive learner experience by anticipating and responding to participant and facilitator needs

Qualifications


You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This Position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Learning and Development or project management
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Marketing, or other related fields

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Organizational change management experience
  • Experience with sales tools and practices
  • Demonstrated success and experience in developing and delivering training content that follows instructional design principles
  • Ability to complete statistical data analysis, identify trends and recommend solutions
  • Proficient with Microsoft Teams and Teams Live, SharePoint, Saba LMS, and familiarity with learning and content management systems

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, California: $81,800.00-$122,700.00
  • Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience


Working Model


This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
