Job Duties:


Helloteam.com is looking for a Full-Time/Part-Time Customer Care Specialist to join our Elmhurst team, The CCS will be responsible for daily general correspondence, answering incoming phone calls, and ensuring customer requests are completed. Sales Support duties include working with Account Managers to meet the needs of customers, including administrative tasks, maintaining information for customer files, maintaining marketing material, corresponding with customers on billing related issues.


Required Qualifications & Skills


  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Moderate to advanced computer skills; navigating multiple online applications.
  • Exceptional organizational skills; ability to effectively multi-task.
  • Previous experience working from home. (preferred)
  • Ability to handle high-volume calls while simultaneously handling multiple online applications
  • Minimum of 1-year Call-Center experience
  • Minimum of 1-year Escalated Customer Service experience
  • Excellent written & verbal skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English is a requirement.


Skills needed:


  • Excellent communication skills (both with customer and colleagues)
  • Ability to not get overwhelmed when presented with high support volumes
  • A thick skin when dealing with difficult customers
  • Ability to quickly pick up and retain information about acronyms and industry jargon related to continuing education

  • You rarely miss a chat and get back to tickets and phone calls immediately
  • You offer ideas on how to improve the operations of the business
  • You're always on time and do what you say you will do when you say you will do it
  • You regularly getting high ratings from customers
  • You ask for more task to work on when workload is low


Job Type: Full-time, Part-Time


Pay: $25.50- $35.80 per hour
