Job Description


As a Customer Care Billing Specialist, you will be maintaining compliance and billing functions on our customer care team. You will provide excellent customer service and build relationships with collections agencies in order to maintain financial compliance.

Qualifications


  • Customer Service: You build relationships with customers, handle customer concerns, and ensure they feel heard and understood
  • 3+ months of customer service or support center experience (preferred)
  • Detail-Oriented: You are responsible for entering payments and making deposits daily and managing relationships with outside collection agencies
  • Communication: You have excellent written and verbal communication skills


What To Expect


  • You will be working on a team and be mentored by you manager to best fulfill your opportunities
  • You will be working with third-party compliance and billing websites and perform compliance and billing functions
  • You will be making daily deposits and making payments
  • You will be maintaining our online customer portal and providing customer training as you assist customers using the portal
