Responsibilities

Customer Care Specialist has the following responsibilities and duties:

• Manage incoming calls & emails from customers who have questions about or are interested in purchasing Del Sol color changing products or amazingly soft Cariloha bamboo products.
• Build positive relationships of trust with customers by anticipating their needs and providing solutions to their needs.
• Coordinate with members of other departments to resolve customer concerns.

Requirements

Customer Care Specialist should have the following skills, education, and experience:

• Proven ability to excel at multitasking
• Proven record of solving problems.
• Ability to connect with people and measure success by how happy you make others
• Full-Time Position (Availability 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM) 30-40 hours per week.
• During peak season (November and December), the role will require 1 - 2 Saturday shifts per month.
