Job Summary

Under supervision, this position is responsible for working on the phone all day in a call center to assist members and physicians by responding to telephone and written inquiries in a prompt, accurate and objective manner.
Duties will include: conducting research; spends approximately 85% of the scheduled time on the phone according to business need.
Training for this class will be 6 weeks on site, Monday through Friday 8a-4:30p.
Candidates must be able to commit to the training schedule.
After training concludes employees will have the flexibility to work shifts during office business hours of 8a-6p. Commitment of 20-29 hours per week is expected.
