Teller (Part-Time) Jobs

Role and Responsibilities:

• Consistently delivers exceptional customer service by listening to customer needs and fulfilling that need with the appropriate product or service.
• Willingly helps customers with safe deposit box access.
• Performs Visa/Master Card cash advances for customers.
• Has helpful attitude with co-workers and customers.
• Adheres to IT Program including IT Security Policy and completes required IT training.
• Performs the duties of a paying and receiving teller; cashes checks; accepts deposits and loan payments and safety deposit rent; sells Official Checks, cashes savings bonds, completes CTRs as needed; takes check orders.
• Strives to improve the efficiency in his/her work area through cost savings.
• Performs other duties assigned by supervisor.
• Scans works through branch capture.
• Adapts well to flexible scheduling.
• Seeks expanded deposit and loan relationships with customers that they serve.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

· High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Skills:

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Tact and public relations expertise

· Proficient with PC, calculator, and Vertex
