Custom Apparel Graphic Designer

We are seeking a talented, motivated Custom Apparel Graphic Designer to join our team. You will develop visual concepts and coordinate images with clients. This role requires a highly organized and communicative individual who can operate within the framework of our style and brand guidelines to produce original and engaging logos to be printed on t-shirts, sweatshirts, etc. Since our business is catered to the military community, our ideal candidate has a military background and can speak the military language. Also, a strong portfolio of successful design work and a comprehensive, expert-level knowledge of Adobe Suite and related design software is required.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Make recommendations on updating style guidelines where appropriate
• Communicate with clients, design team, & and supervisors as it relates to the status of projects
• Working with brand and style guidelines, deliver novel visual solutions that support larger campaign goals.
• Create specialized assets for use on social media, out-of-home installations, or wherever necessary
• Engage directly with clients and create or revamp logo designs for military units.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Veteran or military spouse with a thorough understanding of military language and culture is preferred.
• Extensive portfolio of successful design work
• Comprehensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Illustrator
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
