ARTIST NEEDED for multi-disciplinary Marketing Agency.

OVERVIEW:

The Lost Tribe is boutique Marketing Agency, based in Nashville, who works with a variety of top-tier brands.

Our core business revolves around the Event and Experiential marketing world. As part of our business, we develop, design and execute events, campaigns and content that are "message-driven." We work with a vast spectrum of strategic partners, but our team must ideate and pitch concepts to win and then execute each of these ideas.

The Graphic Designer role is essential to each proposal and project we embark upon. We are looking for several artists to work on a contract basis.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work with our Creative Director and Producers to conceptualize and then execute a wide variety of creative concepts. From simple logo and Powerpoint design, to large format print and digital work, to aiding in creating fully-immersive experiences, we are seeking proactive, creatively-confident and vocal artists. We are not looking for just designers who are proficient, but those with a vision. We are seeking "undeniable" artists, meaning those who can truly enhance our existing team - not simply "knock out the work." We are a collaborative team, with a keen sense of work ethic, who aspire to deliver GREAT WORK.

Qualifications

Excellent communication skils.

Desire to be excellent and strive for perfection.

Experience can vary, but skillset (use of variety of Design Programs) must be demonstrated.

Motion Graphic work would be a bonus.
