Our client is currently seeking a Remote Clinical Trainer!
Schedule: M-F 8a-5p
This job will have the following responsibilities:
- Oversees and coordinates the orientation of all new clinicians as well as other new employees.
- Assess instructional effectiveness and determine the impact of training on employee skill sets and Key.
- Maintains proficiency in all applications including but not limited to Well365 Plus, TASC, and WalkMe.
- Design and prepare educational aids, manuals and training materials as needed.
- Routinely reviews audit scores to determine the ongoing training and development needs of the Clinical Operations team.
- Works closely with clinical leadership to define standards and develop training methods to ensure they are achieved.
- Assist Quality Assurance with remediation of under-performing VCCs.
- Performance Indicators.
- Reports directly to the Manager of Clinical Training & Development Specialist.
- Use known education principles and remain current on new training methods and techniques.
- Assists in the ongoing maintenance of the orientation process for new Clinical Operations Team hires.
Qualifications & Requirements:
•Must have remote clinical training experience training nurses specifically
•Must have clinical bedside RN experience
•Must be CRC certified or willing to take and pass the CRC exam within 3 months of accepting the position.
•Registered Nurse (RN) with an active license.
• Must be adept and proficient in all aspects of the technology tools and software platforms utilized by the Clinical Operations team including but not limited to ClearSense, Salesforce, Well365, TASC, Admin Portal, etc.
• Strong knowledge of the VCC Workflow Guidelines and Clinical Pearls, Roster Reconciliations, and Practice Engagement/Management, including timely and thorough Salesforce documentation.
• Flexible, energetic, and detail-oriented self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced, non-structured and at times, fluctuating environment
• Strong time management and multitasking skills and the ability to work independently and within the construct of a team.
