Bachelors’ Degree in an appropriate discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience

Organize teaching schedules for undergraduate and graduate courses offered by the department.

Typically, 0 – 6 months of administrative work experience.

Basic knowledge of University policies, procedures and regulations.

Basic experience with website maintenance.

One year of experience with data entry preferably in the medical field with knowledge of medical terminology.

Two years of experience in patient services, customer service, sales, or related field interacting directly with client.

Two years of experience with the Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Conducts lead searches and recruits assigned sampled persons for participation

Schedule interviews for sampled persons who agree to participate

Document all work in data systems

• Assist Content Manager with managing the content development process of multiple projects.

• Support the Senior Manager of Professional Development with delivering live training sessions.

• Graduate Degree in Education

• 2+ years work experience in research

• Classroom experience a plus

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

Familiarity with current technologies, i.e., desktop sharing, cloud services, and tech management tools

Planning, creating, and delivering engaging professional learning experiences for school and district partnerships

Collaborating with the Operations Manager and Project Manager to design and implement internal training programs

Collaborating with the Operations Manager and Project Manager to hire various math staff

Keeping informed on the latest research, trends, and developments in all areas of education, especially mathematics, and STEM

Participate in continuing education and professional association activities related to performance of job functions and the maintenance of skills.

Work closely in collaboration with team physicians regarding appropriate NCAA documentation as well as making medication recommendations for disorders/disabilities.

Oversee, manage, and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the training program.

Provide support to trainees, and facilitate ongoing training and education of trainees.

Three+ years of clinical experience post licensure.

Experience working with high-risk populations.

Including one year of experience developing supervisory or management training programs.
