Title: Clinical Trainer - ARTAS

Reporting to: Senior Manager, Training and Operations

Location: Central or Western USA

We have an exciting opportunity for a full time Clinical Trainer – ARTAS to join our growing team located in Central or Western USA. This position is responsible for the delivery of all clinical training activity to physicians and clinical support staff at customer sites throughout the region. This is a Clinical Trainer field-based position and requires extensive travel. This position will report to the Senior Manager, Training and Operations.

What you will do:

• Deliver ARTAS product training and non-robotic FUE clinical education and training through the provision of training protocols to doctors and customer staff, education them fully on best ARTAS practices
• Work with regional team to identify areas of learning needed and provide
• Ensure all clinical activity and training documentation are submitted correctly and entered into SalesForce, maintain accurate customer records
• Communicate with corporate headquarters concerning customer feedback, both positive and negative
• Become a clinical and product expert on ARTAS Robotic Hair Transplantation
• Travel extensively, interacting with customers and field teams
• Monitor and take responsibility for documentation of training activity for Regulatory purposes
• Attend weekly Clinical conference calls with the world-wide field clinical teams
• Collaborate with Practice Development Managers in driving ARTAS procedure growth in supported customer practices by building clinical confidence, increase product knowledge and staff development
• Assist Practice Development Manager in patient recruitment and consultation training using ARTAS Hair Studio
• Responsible for managing clinical activity and customer training in assigned region
• Support tradeshows and congresses to promote the ARTAS brand
• Manage and schedule all case support and product training at customer sites within assigned territory
• Escalate field clinical issues to the Practice Development Manager and Technical support in headquarters

What you will need:

• Skilled and confident in presenting highly technological education material to health care professionals
• Mandatory 5 [YL1] years’ experience in clinical field training or clinical hair transplantation
• Must be located in the respective region, ideally within easy access of a major airport
• Independent and autonomous personality strengths, with the ability to collaborate with others while working on cross functional goals and objectives
• Ability to teach and communicate well with many diverse people
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; RN degree or Medical Assistant credentials preferred
• Flexible personality with the ability to read and adapt to variations in personality and cultural back grounds
• Knowledge of the surgical office practice environment advantageous (hair transplantation office, dermatology office, plastic surgery office)
• Must be willing to travel extensively, approximately 80% of time.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential

• Microsoft Office skills (word, email, PowerPoint, excel)
