Role: CRM Manager

Salary: $95K-$120K USD Base

Location: New York City

Start Date: Immediate

Workplace type: Hybrid (Mon/Wed/Thurs in office, Tues/Fri Working From Home)


Elsdon Consulting ltd are delighted to assist our client, a high-impact advertising agency that works with some of the biggest consumer-focused brands, with their search for two CRM Manager's to join their growing team!

Key responsibilities include:


  • Work closely with the CRM team to analyze findings, identify trends, share learnings, and recommend new strategies.
  • Write copy and assist with logic for messenger and SMS campaigns and automation.
  • Execute and evaluate ad hoc, weekly and monthly reporting, with thoughtful analysis and recommendations.
  • Manage email production process end-to-end through initial ideation, handoff to design, email build and scheduling, segmentation, and deployment.
  • Stay current on email best practices and industry standards, recommend new approaches, bringing innovative ideas to deliver KPIs.
  • Project coordination for new email triggers, transactional emails, and special projects.


What we're looking for:


  • Client relationship management.
  • Experience compiling, analyzing, and tracking data to aid in decision making.
  • 3-5 years of email marketing experience in the eCommerce industry.
  • BS/BA Degree in Business, Psychology, Marketing or related field is desired.
  • Customer segmentation and database management experience.
  • Advanced experience with campaign management tools and/or an ESP, primarily with Klaviyo and Braze
  • Strong organizational, presentation, and Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience in the development of marketing assets and collaborating with members from creative and eCommerce teams.
