What We Need
We’re looking for a Credit Analyst I who can do more for all Mohawk Flooring North America brands across residential, distributor and builder multifamily divisions. This is a training-based role, working toward being able to autonomously maintain customer accounts, collections, and issue Credit for an assigned region after approximately one year of training.
What You’ll Do

• Reconcile, notify and collect on delinquent accounts.
• Train on Credit menus within CAMS/AS400, SAP and ON-DEMAND to be able to review customer accounts and check on prior orders.
• Learn trends for common account discrepancies.
• Learn payment channels and their requirements.
• Follow-up with customers to encourage payment of delinquent accounts and learn negotiation options.
• Communicate with customer to resolve balances, communicate account status, resolve due date discrepancies, update information in database, and other routine items.
• Use guidelines and criteria to establish credit limits up to $35,000 for customers

What You Have

• Prior experience with CAMS/AS400 and SAP is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of credit and collections terms, concepts and practices preferred.
• High school diploma or GED and 2 years of relevant work experience in customer service, banking industry, other financial services institution or a similar customer-facing role.
• Knowledge of email, Microsoft Word and Excel; search functionality and typing required.
