● 2-5 years of prior risk experience specific to the merchant acquiring industry – required.

Prepare a written executive summary and present to Credit Department management

Monitor and supervise problem assets including classified loans and present written memorandum/reports to management

Ensure US Regulatory requirements are met with each application

Manage compliance with internal policies, work-flow procedures, regulations, etc

Minimum 3+ years of relevant work experience preferably within a credit risk function (formal credit training preferred)

Prior experience interacting with US Regulators (Fed, OCC or FDIC) preferred

· Attend customer calls / meetings when appropriate with Relationship Managers.

· Good verbal and written communication skills are a must.

Both on-the-job training and periodic off-site training will be available.

· Preparing financial statement spreads and assisting with maintenance of credit and documentation files.

· Underwriting new loan business, annual reviews, as well as renewals/modifications.

· Majority of work will be commercial in nature (versus consumer).

Conducts research and analysis, and recommends appropriate course of action and next steps for management review.

Paralegal certification and experience preferred.
