Reports to the Correctional Food Service Supervisor II. This position is responsible for providing supervision and custody of inmates in their assigned food preparation and food service areas. Oversee inmate workers engaged in a variety of activities in food production including: cooking, baking and serving food to the inmate population. Position responsibilities also include:

Note to Current State Employees: The salary grade for this position is NC06 (Salary Range:$33,272 - $58,226).
