About the Role:

We are looking for an 100% remote agile, resourceful Copywriter, Direct Response TV to join the creative team while supporting marketing efforts across the Hims & Hers brands. This highly focused role requires strong creative and conceptual thinking as well as high-quality execution of ideas and initiatives. Collaboration is the name of the game, and this individual will work closely with art directors, producers, 3D and 2D artists, video editors, and other cross-departmental stakeholders to make high-performing breakthrough creative.. To us, a successful. Copywriter is someone who delivers on strategic initiatives in innovative, creative, and sophisticated ways.

You Will:

• Work closely and flexibly with partners to work rapidly and confidently
• Be ruthless when it comes to editing, grammar, and proofreading techniques
• Follow and champion brand and content guidelines
• Concept, script, and create direct response TVCs utilizing an extensive library of existing footage
• Effectively pitch and communicate concepts and strategies, solving business problems with creative solutions
• Have a working knowledge of post-production workflows and the steps required to create broadcast-ready TVCs
• Use your expertise as an insight-driven storyteller to elevate every asset you touch

You Have:

• In-depth understanding of the healthcare, wellness, or CPG industry a plus
• Excellent knowledge of creative best practices and current trends
• Ability to work dynamically and resourcefully using existing assets to create unique and effective spots
• 3-5 years of copywriting experience, with specific experience scripting video or TV
• Experience collaborating with designers and interacting with multiple stakeholders
• Analytical thinker with experience in data-driven marketing
• Experience driving multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Experience using insights and strategic thinking to influence stakeholders
• Ability to communicate the benefits of marketing strategies to business audiences of all levels
• Ability to drive experimentation focused on conversion and engagement
• Ability to deliver on strategic marketing initiatives while championing brand voice, tone, and direction
• Eagerness to be hands-on and proactive

Outlined below is a reasonable estimate of H&H’s compensation range for this role.

H&H also offers a comprehensive Total Rewards package that includes equity grants of restricted stock (RSU’s) so that H&H employees own a piece of our company.

The actual amount will take into account a range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and location.

$75,000 - $125,000 USD
