We Create is recruiting for 5 Assistant Marketing Project Coordinators with the ability to start work as soon as possible. This is a fantastic opportunity to further your career with a dynamic, forward-thinking company.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for all project direction, planning, completion, and financial outcome. In order to succeed in this position, the candidate must be organized, great communication skills and have excellent time management skills.

Position: No day is the same here at We Create. However, on a "normal day", the Assistant Marketing Project Coordinator may work alone or with a team. The successful candidate will undertake the following duties and more as instructed by the Project Manager:

PLEASE NOTE: This is an on-site position, here in NYC.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the sales & acquisition process at our private site retail events
• Tracking and reporting event progress daily
• Manage all project & event documentation
• Performing other duties assigned by the Project Manager in an orderly and efficient manner
• Effectively communicate project progress to key stakeholders & managers
• Prepare project schedule and manage deadlines
• Working directly with the public, within the marketing team, bringing our clients products/services/causes to the masses
• Face to Face customer interactions and collection of new customer data

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• 1 - 2 years' of relevant experience is desirable
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is desirable
• Excellent multitasking skills
• Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
