Job Description
Summary


Performs a variety of duties to support administration of the assigned department(s).


Detailed Responsibilities


  • Project Management (enter projects and manage projects in Workfront for Corporate Communications).
  • Composes reports, presentation materials and other written communications as required.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to the Department of Corporate Communications; processes departmental invoices/expenditures and monitors budget variance.
  • Creates weekly media report and manages platform for media analytics.
  • Supports vendor credentialing and contracting management.
  • Establishes and maintains filing systems. Orders and stocks supplies.
