Community Loyalty Reporting Operations Specialist

Summary

The Reporting Operations Specialist leads the efforts that help ensure the CLT has the appropriate reporting information, systems, and deliverables necessary to meet the needs of the business. This role will work with partners throughout the company to effectively manage functionality within the department that ensures the CLT has the data and information necessary to be successful along with offering the business meaningful information to support reporting functionality and decision making based on consumer data. The Reporting Operations Specialist is also responsible for representing the Chobani brand, culture, and products to the team and consumers.

Responsibilities

• Offer opportunity suggestions to Operations Manager and CLT based on reporting details to help grow data integrity and functionality.
• Lead the reporting and collateral development, with the CLT Director, for the team to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Proactively learn about products, descriptions, nutritionals, ingredients and social issues.
• Collaborate effectively and work to grow and strengthen the function.
• Liaise with other partner Teams, and be the subject matter expert, sharing knowledge with these teams on a regular basis.
• Lead efforts with business partners to manage the reporting functionality of systems to ensure the needs of the team and the business are being met.
• Provide excellent written and verbal support to consumers by answering inbound calls and emails received through our toll-free number, email and Chobani.com.
• Partner with the CLT Director and Operations Manager to develop and improve the efforts of the team to grow reporting data that supports the business.
• Manage the collateral efforts, working with creative and printers to ensure the needs of CLT and our consumers are met regularly.
• Perform other duties as necessary.
• Develop a regular cadence for reporting to the team, the business and leadership.

Requirements

• Must be able to work weekends or holidays as needed
• Ability to work independently.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience required
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to understand and convey information effectively across the business.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Project management skills required.
• Must be located within 1.5 hours of our Norwich or South Edmeston location

Compensation Range: $59,200.00 - $88,800.00, plus bonus.
