Coordinator For A Music Management Firm

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join a music management firm as their coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the company, as well as managing the schedules and needs of artists.

Typical duties are (but not limited to):

- Serve as main point of contact for artist(s), handling their scheduling needs, and ensuring they are prepared for upcoming events

- Manage administrative tasks off the firm, including organizing files, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence

- Coordinate and oversee logistics of artist tours and performances, including booking travel arrangements and securing performance venues

- Collaborate with other members of the management team to develop and implement strategies to promote the artists and their music

- Manage social media accounts as needed

- Maintain relationships with industry professionals such as talent agencies and record labels to facilitate new opportunities for artist(s).

- Act as liaison between artist(s) and music management firm, ensuring all parties are informed on relevant information

- Assist with ad-hoc projects

- Handle personal errands for artist(s) as needed

Requirements:

- Must have 1-3+ years of relevant entertainment/music experience, preferably at an agency or music publishing company

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Passion for music and interest in the music industry

- Strong attention to detail

- Must be LA-based

Pay: $60,000-$80,000/yearly + benefits

Location: Beverly Hills, CA. This is a fully onsite position.
