Summary
As the VRTCL Music Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating music elements within our TikTok marketing campaigns. Your primary focus will be on selecting catchy and trending tracks that resonate with TikTok's diverse user base, optimizing music usage for maximum engagement. Your passion for music and TikTok trends, coupled with your understanding of music rights and digital marketing, will be instrumental in driving the success of our clients' campaigns on TikTok.
Responsibilities
  • Trend Identification: Stay up-to-date with TikTok trends, viral challenges, and popular music tracks to offer fresh and relevant music options for our campaigns.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with influencers, content creators, and music artists to co-create music-driven campaigns that drive organic engagement and brand awareness.
  • Music Integration: Work closely with content creators to seamlessly integrate music into TikTok videos, enhancing the overall impact and shareability of the content.
  • Innovation: Identify and experiment with new music strategies and creative concepts to enhance the effectiveness of our TikTok campaigns.
  • Budget Allocation: Manage the music budget for each TikTok campaign, optimizing costs while ensuring high-quality and on-trend music selections.
  • TikTok Music Curation: Collaborate with the music team to curate music that aligns with the vibe, mood, and target audience of each TikTok marketing campaign.
  • Quality Control: Review and approve music choices, ensuring they align with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and resonate with TikTok's audience.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on music usage and performance metrics related to music in TikTok campaigns.
  • Troubleshooting: Address any music-related issues during campaign execution and propose suitable alternatives as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Music, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage music licenses and usage rights efficiently.
  • Deep understanding of TikTok's platform, trends, and audience preferences.
  • Proven experience in music coordination or digital marketing, with a specific focus on TikTok campaigns.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills to secure licensing deals and collaborate with artists and music representatives.
  • Experience in influencer marketing and working with creators on TikTok is a plus.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for music and TikTok's influence on pop culture.
  • Strong knowledge of trending music tracks and popular artists on TikTok.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Pay Scale
  • $16.00 - 18.00/hour
