Coordinator, Data Entry & Org Management

Location: Fort Mill, SC (hybrid)

Reports to: Supervisor, Employee Service Center (ESC)

• Perform back-office transaction processing in support of HR, payroll, benefits and pension functions, including data entry, mailing, filing, correspondence, sorting, and routing incoming mail;
• Process transactions which include probing for additional information if the situation requires this, mailing out requested documents, etc.;
• Conduct validation for HR data changes and organizational structure;
• Maintain the organizational structure in SAP;
• Perform data entry for various requests received (e.g.: new hires, employees transfer, etc.) via different communication channels while validating the accuracy of information submitted;
• Escalate transactions (if required) to advanced level support (HR specialists, payroll, LOA, benefits and pension providers or Tier 2); ensure follow-up;
• Run various reports;
• Process changes regarding positions and reporting in the organizational structure;
• Participate on special projects and other administrative functions if required.

• Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment;
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal);
• Good organizational skills and ability to effectively prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment;
• Professional discretion with respect to confidential information;
• High level of comfort working with multiple operating systems and able to learn new software as required;
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

• Familiarity with SharePoint and SAP an asset
• Experience in Human Resources an asset
• College or University Diploma in a related field with one (1) year of relevant experience in data entry or a combination of education and experience;
• Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
