The Role

Hone is looking for a Conversion Rate Optimization to join our team. As an analytically minded Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist, you are responsible for executing optimization efforts to improve user experience, maximize conversion rates across traffic sources. You must thrive in a fast paced environment that requires excelling in an unstructured setting and thinking outside the box.
Requirements
  • Advocate user-centered design methodologies and incorporate qualitative and quantitative research findings to enhance optimization tests
  • Strong bonus if you’ve successfully monetized large amounts of blog traffic before
  • Execute A/B and multivariate (MVT) optimization tests that drive fundamental improvements to the website experience and performance
  • Interpret data, identify key findings, make recommendations and share learnings based on testing results to positively impact customer experience, conversion rates, future web developments and further testing iterations
  • Coordinate and collaborate cross departmentally the Marketing/Content, Engineering and Customer Support teams to plan and execute A/B Testing Roadmap
  • Create and maintain the CRO Playbook of best practices and documentation
  • Build conversion flywheels geared to monetize on 700K+ organic monthly users
  • Study users and user behavior to identify new opportunities to improve conversion
  • Have full ownership and accountability for successful execution of testing project
Qualifications
  • Effective communicator
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
  • Organized multitasker
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Good understanding and working knowledge of data analytics, UX research, UX design, CRO, and front-end development
  • 6+ year of conversion optimization experience, ideally in a start-up environment (performance marketing or data analytics a plus)
  • Test and learn mindset with strong marketing instincts
