Job Description

Position: Contracts Analyst

Location: REMOTE

Job Type: Contract

Duration: - 4 months plus!

Rate - 45-50/hr .W2 (flexible)

This organization is implementing a new Contracts Management System and before they go live they need to convert all of the regular contracts and Service Agreements for the organization into the new system. This person will work as part of the Legal team doing analysis on the contracts as well as reviewing exports from the legacy system and data in the new system, to ensure the data in the new system is correct.


Required Skills:

  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Experience with working with datasets, databases
  • Work independently
  • Strong Excel proficiency
  • Strong communication skills including ability to comprehend and interpret contractual terms, such as complex termination and term provisions
  • Experience with contract management, contract administration
  • Work in fast paced environment
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong Organizational skills
