Job Description

Seeking a Creative Recruiter for a boutique marketing & advertising agency in the Austin, Texas Metro area. This role is a 3 month to start contract and is Hybrid in office. Ideal candidate has extensive experience recruiting freelance/contract roles in digital marketing and media. This is not a Technical Recruiter role.


Required Experience:

  • Timesheet follow ups
  • Follow up with project teams re: pricing model update needs and project status (accurate end dates, extensions (no additional feeds)
  • Recruit contractors for all teams
  • Coordinate with SME to pull content and project manage.
  • Tracking and build talent pipeline
  • Coordinate onboarding with project teams
  • Support with data tracking
  • Act as point of contact for all contractor communications
