5+ years applied contract management experience on sales / contractor side

Experienced within a fast-paced, project-led environment

it is essential applicants have applied CM experience supporting EPC projects.

Focussed on execution / negotiation or both

This is a permanent position, based in the USA with some travel in-country and the wider region.

For consideration applicants must be able to demonstrate the following:

Performs engineering review for compliance with project requirements, codes, standards, and engineering practice.

Conducts site surveys to gather field data, verify condition, and requirements.

Coordinates with project manager, project team, plant members, and other business units and stakeholders to execute the project work.

Review of commissioning documentation, scopes of work, technical requirements, specifications, safety procedures, and switching schedules.

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel a must. Knowledgeable in Mathcad, Engineering Drawing Systems and Microsoft Project.

Experience commissioning and troubleshooting of electrical systems.

Has a solid time management system and demonstrates excellent organizational skills

Knowledge of NEC requirements and other industry standards. NABCEP certification preferred

Thoroughly investigates the specifications, scope of work, drawings, other RFP documents and develops a complete understanding of the RFP requirements

Outstanding communication skills. Solicits subcontractors and vendors as needed

5 years of Electrical Estimating experience (Solar and Storage experience preferred)

A minimum of 2 years of construction experience

Provide weekly updates and summary reports of key issues and project status to top management in Korea; and

Perform other duties and special projects, as assigned by Executive Management.

Vice President of Project Management / Construction Management

· Ability to manage and lead large technical organizations, including significant experience managing numerous suppliers and contractors

Manage day-to-day operations through an effective action-oriented approach, provide executive level mentorship and leadership· to employees within the EPC organization;

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION & RESPONSIBILITIES

Present reports to internal and external executive management as required.

Lead and oversee the project plan for site mobilization and demobilization and support Site Manager with implementation.

Manage Prime Contract, subcontractor, and supplier invoicing process.

Manage and audit the project documentation and filing systems.

Minimum of 7 years related experience, including 3 or more years managing engineering or architectural projects.

Experience with transmission and distribution is preferred

Have direct experience overseeing the project management and construction activities for renewable energy projects

Lead the Reactivate EPC team including full-time resources for engineering, procurement, and construction project management

Interface with cross functional teams from product development up to and through operations and asset management

Have excellent oral and written communication skills, incl. significant experience with proposal and presentation preparation.

Manage team to develop layouts, energy estimates, and capex estimates for early Reactivate projects

Manage contracting for Reactivate projects

or equivalent combination of education and experience.

· Familiarity with EPC procurement and/or EPC management.

Commercial mindset, strong prioritization, communication, and organizational skills are required.

· Assume project supervision responsibilities in Project Director's absence.

· Minimum 3 – 5 years of relevant renewable energy development and/or construction experience

· Solar development and/or energy storage development experience is required.

Experience working the Energy Industry (Renewable Energy preferred), Project & Construction Management

Identify and manage project development resource requirements, both internal and external, including site organization.

MUST HAVE RELEVENT ENERGY INDUSTRY FINANCE EXPERIENCE

Manages third parties completing engineering studies under technical service agreements during screening, full scale development, and project financing process where applicable.

Establish key project deliverables, reporting mechanisms and timelines. Manage progresses in accordance with specific project deliverables.

Provide engineering budgets and schedules and manage engineering resources during all project phases
