Contract Manager (Healthcare) Jobs

This is a conract position with remote opportunkty.

• Interact with vendors and departments concerning contracting and purchasing issues.
• Documents and communicates the savings success and engages end users in needed process change or product conversion.
• Execute Agreements and support purchase requisitions and order placement.
• Responsible for ensuring contract compliance as it pertains to pricing and service levels
• Manage assignments against mutually agreed upon goals, milestones, and schedules.
• Ensure work-products conform to Members terms and conditions of purchase, policies and procedures, and guidelines.
• Develops relationships with and regularly engages with Clinicians, Operational Business Leaders, External Service Providers and key suppliers to ensure end‐to‐end engagement necessary to develop the collaboration necessary for spend and performance optimization.
• Build ongoing relationships with suppliers. Interface with Member vendors regarding sourcing, pricing and related issues and manages information utilizing manual or electronic systems.
• Assist department document specific requirements and write custom scope of services.
• Interact with Member vendors and departments regarding purchase orders to communicate product delivery and pricing information.
• Negotiate and manage contracts for cardiology and general periop which include a market review, benchmarking and selection of suppliers.
• Work with the senior buyers to coordinate changes in purchase orders with Member vendors.
• Issues bids, Requests for Information and Requests for Products and analyzes them for final decisions. Builds ongoing relationships with suppliers.
• Utilize all available tools to gain market knowledge and to access best pricing of assigned categories, including but not limited to Emergency Care Research Institute (ECRI), Client's Savings Advisor and other benchmarking and analysis services.
