Job Title: Content and Listing Manager

We are seeking a talented and experienced Content and Listing Manager to join our team. As a Content and Listing Manager, you will be responsible for creating the perfect listings on Airbnb, Vrbo, and other platforms. You should have a deep understanding of how to create appealing texts, titles, and descriptions that capture the attention of potential guests. Additionally, you will need to know which photos and videos are the most effective in showcasing a property's unique features.

Responsibilities:

• Arrange photo/video shooting for hotels to get new photo/video material
• Write compelling property descriptions that accurately convey the property's unique features and benefits
• Lead a content team of two professionals and oversee their work
• Create and optimize listings on Airbnb, Vrbo, and other platforms
• Choose and upload the best photos and videos that showcase the property's unique features
• Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
• Continuously monitor and adjust listing performance to improve visibility and booking rates
• Understand how search algorithms work on these platforms to ensure optimal visibility and ranking of listings
• Control rates in terms of competitive level with other platforms
• Track tech sides of listings and resolve the issues with development team

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (US English)
• 3+ years of experience in marketing, content, SMM, preferably within the hospitality industry
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with SEO and SEM is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, PR, Communications, or related field
