As a Contact Center Representative, you will be responsible for efficiently managing both data entry tasks and call center operations. The role entails accurately inputting and maintaining critical customer information while simultaneously delivering outstanding customer service during outbound calls. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our internal and external customers, resolving issues, and assisting with their queries. The ideal candidate should possess strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. This position reports to the Call Center Manager and is an on-site role based in West Palm Beach, FL.


Responsibilities:


  • Conduct regular data audits to identify and rectify any discrepancies.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies and data protection regulations.
  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and appropriately.
  • Accurately and promptly input customer data, transactions, and interactions into the company's database.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices in customer service.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Make outbound calls for customer follow-ups, satisfaction surveys, and other projects as needed.
  • Create solar project designs and calculation of utility usage in the company provided platform.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Identify process improvements and contribute to enhancing overall team efficiency and performance.


Qualifications & Skills:


  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and handle high call volumes efficiently.
  • High school diploma or GED additional education is a plus.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
  • Proven experience in data entry and call center operations preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Customer-centric approach with a genuine desire to help and assist customers.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and data entry tools.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities


Experience:


  • Basic MS Office and/or Google Workspace experience
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service
