A leading video, audio, and voice technologies company is seeking a Consumer Insights Analyst - Research. The successful candidate will support research managers in the music, Sports, IO, and streaming categories. The ideal candidate has prior experience with qualitative and quantitative research design and methodologies. The company offers a great work environment!


Consumer Insights Analyst - Research Pay And Benefits


  • Hourly pay: $45-$55/hr
  • 40 hours/week, 12 Month Assignment, Possible extension
  • Worksite: Leading audio video, audio, and voice technologies company (Remote, Must travel to the San Francisco office monthly)

Consumer Insights Analyst - Research Responsibilities


  • Help to craft stories that present learnings in a visual and compelling format.
  • Participate in the design, fielding, analysis and reporting for key qualitative and quantitative primary research efforts.
  • Assist team members to leverage data and insights to develop ‘metrics that matter’.
  • Help to build plans cross functionally working with marketing, brand strategy, design, business group and digital teams to drive effective outcomes.
  • Leverage 3rd party research sources to uncover meaningful category and product truths.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing and business partners to understand goals and needs.
  • Help make questionnaires, craft stories through reports, CRM, database management.
  • Support research managers in the music, Sports, IO, and streaming categories.
  • Play a key role in managing and guiding external research or analytics agencies.


Consumer Insights Analyst - Research Qualifications


  • High proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel (report writing and chart/tables creation), with some experience using statistical software programs a plus.
  • Interest in Brand Strategy.
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Market Research, Business, Statistics, Social Sciences or another applicable field.
  • Demonstrated experience in marketing, insights, brand management roles at an agency or in-house.
  • High attention to detail, organized, and a resourceful team player.
  • Quick learner with a can-do attitude and able to complete tasks with little supervision.
  • Experience with qualitative and quantitative research design and methodologies.
  • Strong interpersonal, collaboration, presentation, written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong personal interest in technology, entertainment (music, gaming and streaming), cinema, episodic TV content a plus.
  • 4-7+ years or related experience.
  • Curiosity, passion, enthusiasm, and a sense of humor.
  • Data analytics, market research and customer insights experience is preferred.


Consumer Insights Analyst - Research Shift


  • 9/80 schedule.


Compensation: From $45.00 to $55.00 per hour
