Consumer Branch Channel Business Manager

This role will provide day to day support of the business with responsibility for preparing executive level presentations, strategic and critical thinking, reporting, and managing a few special projects from initiation through implementation. This important role requires excellent communication skills (written and verbal), being a proven self-starter, flexibility with ambiguity and rapid pace of change, strong detail orientation, solid project management skills, and collaboration with various business and functional partners across Chief Administrative Office and even Consumer Bank.
Job responsibilities:

• Act as a Thought Leader to navigate problem solving and identify business solutions
• Help manage the coordination and logistics of both internal and external meetings
• Establish strong working relationships with workstream leads, business stakeholders, other business managers, peers, subject matter experts and others
• Track key project deliverables, objectives and key results, action items, etc.
• Manage open requisitions, headcount reporting and organizational chart updates
• Operate as the voice of the team, producing or contributing to various reporting needs, and facilitating meetings at the business, operational and project levels
• Work with business leadership to clearly define and prioritize objectives, plan deliverables and oversee execution of the overall plan

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills :

• 2+ years of project management or related experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to work with senior management and assist with the creation of executive-level presentations
• Highly organized and detail oriented with a structured/analytical approach to problem solving and ability to help navigate decisions
• Good degree of comfort with Powerpoint
• Team player with ability to build strong cross-business relationships
• Must be comfortable with ambiguity and change in a fast-paced environment

• Self-motivated individual that demonstrates initiative with proven flexibility, adaptability, and reliability with minimal supervision

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills :

• Proven track record of working in highly matrixed organization
• BA/BS degree required (advanced degrees, other certification a plus)
• Some experience in Retail branch/Consumer Banking
