Job responsibilities:
- Act as a Thought Leader to navigate problem solving and identify business solutions
- Help manage the coordination and logistics of both internal and external meetings
- Establish strong working relationships with workstream leads, business stakeholders, other business managers, peers, subject matter experts and others
- Track key project deliverables, objectives and key results, action items, etc.
- Manage open requisitions, headcount reporting and organizational chart updates
- Operate as the voice of the team, producing or contributing to various reporting needs, and facilitating meetings at the business, operational and project levels
- Work with business leadership to clearly define and prioritize objectives, plan deliverables and oversee execution of the overall plan
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills :
- 2+ years of project management or related experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to work with senior management and assist with the creation of executive-level presentations
- Highly organized and detail oriented with a structured/analytical approach to problem solving and ability to help navigate decisions
- Good degree of comfort with Powerpoint
- Team player with ability to build strong cross-business relationships
- Must be comfortable with ambiguity and change in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated individual that demonstrates initiative with proven flexibility, adaptability, and reliability with minimal supervision
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills :
- Proven track record of working in highly matrixed organization
- BA/BS degree required (advanced degrees, other certification a plus)
- Some experience in Retail branch/Consumer Banking
