Project Delivery Associate Jobs

Knowledge of, and experience with: Project Management, Project Controls, or Construction Management

Education: Bachelor-s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Business or Construction Management from an accredited school or University is required

Ensure timely and comprehensive change order management

Project schedule management including the development and upkeep of project schedules for projects of medium complexity

Required to complete the PDE Associate Project Manager Qualification

Facilitate the proposal development including, project execution plan, estimation, compilation and on time delivery ensuring all requirements are met

Advanced project management skill set (processes and tools) including Agile.

Financial management including pricing, budget management, reconciliation, and billing.

Partner with Account, Creative, Finance, Strategy and Technology counterparts to actively manage an agency book of business:

Solicits client direction and input; manage client expectations.

Manages the triangle of scope, budget, and time, weighing priorities according to the needs and objectives of stakeholders.

Experience managing client projects generating a minimum $10M of revenue in a professional services environment.

Must be 21 years of age

$18.50 hourly wage plus tips

Approximate hours 10:00 am to 8:00 pm

Seven days a week - Sunday through Saturday

Must possess a valid driver's license

Strong organizational, time management, communication, and interpersonal skills

Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) databases, preferred

Maintain and enter program data in a customer relationship management database

Support project incentive processing, including data entry, tracking payment status and mailing checks

Maintain knowledge and expertise in eligibility, enrollment, and program processes

Strong computer skills, with proficiency in MS Office and database applications

Project manage the construction at various stages to ensure that the prototype meets the design specification requirements

Certification of the project on the completion for quality, dimensions, etc., and approval for processing of payments

Review the design documentation from the design team and brief the vendors on the design requirements

Undertake the technical evaluation of the property as per the guidelines and send it to senior stakeholders for approvals

Evaluate the design documents received and liaison with the vendors in the execution of the project

Monitor the project on a day-to-day basis to ensure that the project is executed as per the guidelines and design specifications

Knowledge and content management (Confluence)

5+ years of relevant work experience delivering complex client facing solutions coupled with program and account management

Experience in the wealth management sector and/or fund administration industry

Project management and ticketing (JIRA)

40% client facing project management including discovery and communications

20% managing internal reporting, task management

Other experience includes development of leadership/management skills, performing benchmark analyses, building organizational design models, and defining business and technical needs.

Experience with demonstrating these skills by performing status reports, verifying work plan completeness, and communicating with team members.

Must have 5 years of minimum experience.

Skills in identifying the data needed to provide enterprise-level visibility into the health, opportunities, and risks

Identify, analyze, and utilize data on the defense industrial base to increase visibility and direct strategic decision-making

Analyze market trends and industrial base capacity to improve future assessments and investments for building industrial base resilience long-term

Assist the Sales Executive in conducting contract and benefit plan comparisons.

Resolve service issues while always keeping the Senior Client Manager informed.

Partner with the Senior Client Manager to determine the level of contact required for each client.

Research technical and benefits questions for assigned accounts.

Attend benefit fairs and other events.

Annually update and test pooled product rates, benefits, and system changes.

·Experience in the water industry (could include internship experience)

·Experience working on projects related to lead in drinking water

·Degree in environmental science, civil or environmental engineering, or a related field
