Minimum 15 years program management experience or general management of large-scale maritime construction projects with P&L responsibility.

Knowledge in GM Construction Safety Process (CSP)

The Construction Safety Specialist will coordinate and assist with the development, implementation, and operation of the authority’s safety management system.

Prepare weekly, monthly, semi-annual, and annual reports for risk data, and conduct multiple Risk Assessment Briefings for client and program management.

BS degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field

Manage program/project risk for specific clients following Cost and Schedule Risk Analysis (CSRA) and ISO 31000 guidelines.

Preferred 2 years’ experience in managing people or teams.

Review identified uncontrolled hazards or security vulnerabilities with D/B supervision and establish an agreement regarding future compliant controls for identified hazards;

Demonstrated Safety Engineering and/or Safety Assurance experience on rail transit projects, specifically on bridge and tunnel systems;

Demonstrated experience with the application 29 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 1926;

Current certification in First Aid, CPR, and OSHA Confined Space;

Job Title: Construction Project/Program Manager I

Location: Remote, with Travel to Sites

Aggregate, travel will be ¾ weeks per month. Traveling Monday-Thursday.

5+ years’ experience in construction safety (commercial, vertical construction projects)

40 Hour HAZWOPER certification required.
