We are excited to announce that we are growing our team in our Portland office! We are looking for a motivated Office Manager with a great personality to manage the day to day operations of our office.


Key responsibilities of an Office Manager:


  • Manage customer experience through proper planning with Customer Care Team and Operations Manager to ensure Installation goals are met
  • Knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation and human resources)
  • Strong understanding of Materials/Supply Chain and Product Flow
  • Collection of customer payments as well as following up on missing payments
  • Experience in NetSuite is a huge plus
  • Office Manager will supervise all office operations such as; Payment Reconciliation, Accounts Receivables, Customer communication post job completion and customer satisfaction
  • Responsible for driving a safety-minded culture and ensuring a safe work environment in the office
  • Ensures compliance with company standards for cost control, waste reduction, quality, OSHA, safety, and complete and on-time delivery


Requirements


Office Manager Required Skills:


  • Bachelors degree (preferred)
  • Minimum of 2 years of Office Management experience
  • Experience using NetSuite (Highly preferred)
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
  • 2-5 years of Office Management experience in a construction, remodeling or manufacturing environment


Details:


  • $68,000-$75,000, depending on experience
  • Monday- Friday, 8:00am- 5:00pm (flexibility as needed)
