YOUR LIFE AS A CONSTRUCTION OFFICE MANAGER


This construction office management position works from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday-Friday. We allow some flexibility to this schedule on occasion.


As a Construction Office Manager, you play an integral role in the overall success of our company. Each day, you help to keep processes organized and customers happy. As the first point of contact for our customers, you manage all inbound phone calls for any situation and maintain communication between clients and staff. Your knowledge of data entry and admin procedures helps as you process paperwork and receipts. With attention to detail, you carefully maintain procedures, filing, and other admin systems. You also effectively manage databases.


Additionally, you actively ensure all necessary parties are reminded of important tasks and deadlines. As always, you are happy to lend a helping hand wherever needed. Whether ordering office supplies, opening, closing, or managing general projects, you are proud to be a vital component to the overall success of the company!


What We Need From You


  • Experience in the construction field is preferred but not mandatory
  • Ability to adapt and learn new skills and software
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable experience
  • Payroll experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Familiarity with Google and Outlook
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, Adobe, and construction software
