What You'll Do
Lead the Way: You'll be a key member of our growing corporate Compliance Team, reporting directly to the Senior Vice President of Corporate Compliance. Your role will involve ensuring and its subsidiaries adhere to all federal, state, and local regulations governing our diverse business lines.
Audit Coordination: You'll be the driving force behind coordinating client-initiated and third-party audits, such as SOC, PCI, and HIPAA/HITRUST, to maintain our company's compliance. Your expertise will ensure we provide audit evidence and implement effective remediation measures.
Contractual Insights: Working closely with the SVP of Corporate Compliance and business heads, you'll offer valuable opinions on compliance and regulatory requirements within incoming contracts, including statements of work, NDAs, and BAAs.
Training and Support: You'll play an integral role in delivering corporate-wide, engaging training sessions employees, contractors, and vendors, fostering a culture of compliance.
Vendor Management: As part of our Vendor Management program, you'll help with cataloging essential documentation and responses, assigning criticality and risk ratings with precision.
Effective Communication: Your outstanding communication skills will shine as you engage with colleagues at all levels of the business, including senior management, efficiently conveying compliance matters.
Prioritization and Multitasking: Thriving in our fast-paced environment, you'll skillfully coordinate an intense workload, prioritizing tasks based on direction from the SVP of Corporate Compliance and business lines.

Passion for Compliance: You should have a keen interest in legal and regulatory compliance, paying meticulous attention to detail and building strong client relationships.
Communication Savvy: Your ability to convey complex concepts clearly and confidently will be a powerful asset.
Research and Audit Skills: With strong research capabilities and experience in audits, you'll be well-prepared to tackle any compliance challenges.
Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, coupled with at least one year of related experience, or an Associate's degree from a two-year college or technical school, with at least three years of demonstrated experience, will make you an ideal fit.
