Your Responsibilities
Collaborate with various teams to develop and execute marketing plans and branding efforts
Engage with media contacts and community resources to promote our services
Manage our online presence, including the website and social media platforms
Develop strategies to actively engage with and listen to the community, building strong relationships
Stay updated with communication trends to bring innovative marketing ideas
Lead the creation of annual reports and communication plans for significant projects
Support leadership with public communications and media relations
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in managing teams and projects
Dedication to public service and strong customer service skills
Proficiency in multicultural communication; additional language skills a plus
Proven ability to manage projects, set objectives, and measure progress
