Job Description

The Marketing and Events Manager for the Signorelli Company will report to the Signorelli Company Vice President of Marketing and be responsible for managing and implementing advertising, marketing and communication programs to help build brand awareness, drive sales and traffic, and ensure clear communications for the commercial, multi-family, retail and recreational divisions for the Signorelli Company. This position is goal-oriented and requires a strong manager with a passion for real estate and live-work-play developments. The position will be a strategic resource with a management focus and collaborate with division leadership, the rest of the marketing team, and support professionals.


Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Digital Marketing Manager to identify trends, evaluate traffic/sales goals pace, and make marketing plan recommendations to improve performance.
  • Provide direction and project management on all assignments. Accountable for planning and allocating resources, preparing budgets, monitoring progress, and keeping division stakeholders informed throughout the project.
  • Ensure marketing programs for the commercial, retail, multi-family and recreational divisions are aligned with each division’s goals.
  • Ensure property websites and marketing packages are current and updated regularly.
  • Manage press releases, media contact relationships, and related consultants.
  • Visit properties on a regular basis and attend events as necessary in order to monitor and provide support.
  • Establish and monitor marketing budgets with property management for commercial, retail, multi-family, recreational divisions.
  • Work with marketing team on a regular basis to brainstorm ideas for new and innovative marketing, digital and social media campaigns, events and promotions.
  • Work with property management to plan and manage events in accordance with budget.
  • Ensure new property photo shoots are booked on a timely basis; property photo library and community websites with new lifestyle, development, and model photography are updated accordingly.
  • Manage social media efforts with relevant content and monitor various social media platform pages for potential issues, good stories, etc.
  • Oversee property common area signage programs including content and state of repair.
  • Work with in-house resources and external agencies to ensure copy and creative direction is provided for online and offline marketing initiatives including presentations, direct mail, email, collateral, signage, displays, ads, events and web page content.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns for commercial, retail, multi-family and recreational properties.
  • Performs other projects and related duties as assigned.
  • Serve as brand gatekeeper for the commercial, retail, multi-family, recreational divisions with ultimate accountability for ensuring every touchpoint the consumer has with the Signorelli Company properties are consistent and in alignment with brand guidelines.


Education and Experience:

  • Project management experience preferred.
  • HubSpot software experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field required.
  • 5-10 years’ prior marketing experience in real estate - commercial, retail, multi-family marketing and promotional activities required.


Knowledge and Skills:

  • High energy work ethic with a positive attitude and the desire to work in a team environment
  • Detail-oriented, ability to effectively work on multiple projects concurrently with the innate ability to get things done with speed, urgency and accuracy in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
  • Excellent communication skills - verbal and written; ability to communicate effectively with team members, vendors, internal and external stakeholders
  • Digitally savvy with a strong focus on digital ads and social media
  • Ability to analyze budget numbers for conformance to budgetary guidelines
  • Demonstrated ability to use standard software applications (e.g. Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, CRM, Asana, on-line database applications)
