The Commercial Real Estate Associate is a fantastic opportunity for a new commercial real estate agent to learn the industry the right way.Our proprietary approach will develop theAssociate’s skill set with patterns of behavior proven to create predictably lucrative outcomes.You will be taught the basics of tenant representation and sales while dedicating considerable time growing your client network through cold calling and door stepping. You will learn the fundamentalsof both the habits and mindset required to bewinning agent.This is an approach which will benefit you for a lifetime in commercial real estate.If you are looking for “easy” – you need not apply!


Qualifications:

- Unwavering drive to be a powerful force in the Texas Commerical Real Estate industry.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Must have or acquire a valid Texas Real Estate License.

- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.

- Competent with Microsoft Office programs.

- The confidence and tenacity to persistently cold call and doorstep potential clients. Up to 40 client visits per day.

- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.

- Must have laptop, Microsoft Office, and smart phone.


Job Duties:

- Diligently study and acquire study material content.

_-Actively cold call and doorstep potential clients- requirement of a minimum 25 tenant visits per day.

Input data into CRM program.


- Assist supervising agent with showings ,tenant tours and sales representation presentations.

- Set client appointments for yourself and supervisor.

- Prepare comparative market analysis and tour schedules for supervising agent and clients.

- Prepare commission agreements, request for proposals, letters of intent and leasing documents for supervising agent and clients.

- Quickly respond to prospect leads received through our marketing efforts.

- Assist brokers & supervisor with other duties related to client advisory.

- Maintain daily updates on company CRM with weekly reports to supervisor.


Compensation:As is typical in real estate sales, this is a commission only position so you must have a financial runway to enter our industry., . 1st year agents typically make $80,000+. 2nd year agents can make over $125,000+. 3rd year agents can make $160,000+'


Job Types: Full-time, Contract


Compensation: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 first year
