Commercial Construction Project Manager - Hvac & Plumbing

What You Will Be Doing

• Coordinate with other construction professionals to determine the specifications of the project
• Going to job sites to ensure projects are going according to scope and schedule
• Coordinate subcontractors and outside contractors
• Create Project Schedules and maintain updates to schedules
• Supervise and direct laborers and construction workers
• Ensure all professionals on site comply with building and safety regulations
• Manage all aspects of the construction project from preconstruction to finish

What You Need for this Position

• Recent experience in HVAC or Plumbing
• 7+ years of Project Management Experience in Commercial Construction Projects
• Experience with project budgets of 16M - 100M
• Experience with any of the following industries:

Hotels, Hospitality, Entertainment, Office Buildings, Healthcare Facilities, Airports, Public Works, Schools and Universities, Courthouses and Jails, Research and Labs
