7+ years of Project Management Experience in Commercial Construction Projects

Manage all aspects of the construction project from preconstruction to finish

Recent experience in HVAC or Plumbing

Experience with project budgets of 16M - 100M

1-2 years of experience in providing estimating services of large commercial infrastructures

1-2 years of experience in providing estimating services in any of the following eligible types of work:

Strong Microsoft Office Skills, excellent written and oral communication skills

BS in Construction Management or Civil Engineering is preferred NOT required.

Commercial TI experience and/or Commercial Ground-Up Experience

Strong communication skills with clients, subcontractors, and design consultants.

Oversee & Direct the project schedules and budgets for successful completion of each project.

Set up and implement job procedures and techniques to assure timely buyout, shop drawing approval, and material delivery.

Oversee and Develop and maintain a good relationship with Owner, Architect, and Subcontractors

3 - 5 years of experience in the construction arena. Strong project management and communications skills

Communicate project progress with clients and project managers

Manage subcontractors and construction site organization

Oversee the daily operation of Industrial or Commercial construction projects

Ensure safety, compliance, and quality regulations are followed

Ability to read construction documents

5-10 years of Project Management experience on projects ranging from $30 - $200 million (or larger)

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Prepare and manage all contractual requirements with subcontractors, including scope of work definitions, contracts and purchase orders

Attend all schedule and management meetings necessary to monitor and manage the project

BS or MS degree in Construction Management or Engineering; other relative degrees are a plus

Execute project closeout, which includes: managing sub-contractor close-out requirements and delivering all necessary manuals, warranties, as-builts and training to the client

3+ years of experience working as a Project Manager

Must have Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Engineering Field.

Autonomous memo writing, spreadsheet management, and document creation skills utilizing Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Project and PowerPoint

While new projects are being planned and implemented, assist senior management

5+ years of experience in Construction Project Management

Excellent communication skills with various parties including management, subcontractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and clients.

Must have construction experience in the education market

Working knowledge of skilled trades including carpentry, masonry, concrete work, site excavation and grading, plumbing, fire protection, HVAC, and electrical.

Develop a thorough understanding of the entire scope of work, including plans, specifications, logistics, materials, equipment, submittal and other requirements.

Coordinate subcontractors and manage on-site production.

2-3 years of relevant Construction Management/Owner’s Representative experience (General Contractor, Construction Project Management/Consulting Firm, large corporation In-House Owner’s Rep)

Project delivery/Project Management. On time, on budget completion

Budget and Change Order Management

Relevant University Degree e.g. in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, Architecture, or other Real Estate related field

Lead and Manage Construction Processes including:

1+ years of leadership experience preferred (staff or vendor leadership)
