Collections Recovery Specialist Jobs

Paragon has an opening for a Recovery Specialist. Recovery Specialists perform follow-up phone calls on invoices, answering questions and solving problems to secure payment. This position electronically reviews insurance policies and claims to identify balances due from policyholders. Recovery Analysts also perform daily problem solving on previously billed invoices and supports the internal recovery department.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Excellent English communication/telephone competencies
• Self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast paced atmosphere
• Computer Skills / Ability to keyboard 45 words per minute
• Ability to problem solve
• Strong interpersonal skills with great organization
• Background in insurance industry is a plus but not required
• Telephone expertise in collections or customer service preferred but not required

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary is $40k plus bonus (about $48k total)
