Job Description
Are you ready to join one of the fastest growing broker-dealer networks in financial services? (Cerulli Associates, 2020) At Atria, we support independent financial professionals and financial institution investment programs so they, in turn, can provide exceptional service to their clients and develop meaningful relationships with them.
We are looking for a Co-Head of Alternative Investments and Product Research.
Oversees alternative investment product due diligence including the review of new products and the ongoing monitoring of approved products. Manages and administers the Alternative Investments Product Review Committee, and also provides the highest level of alternative investment product support and service to our financial professionals. Alternative Investment product offerings include non-traded REITs, interval funds, BDCs, tender offers, non-traded preferred stocks, 1031 DSTs, qualified opportunity zone funds (QOZFs), private real estate, private credit/debt offerings and hedge funds. Lastly, this is a high-profile position and will include leading special project research and analysis requests from senior management.
Location: This position may be done HYBRID out of one the following home office locations:

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $130,000 to $150,000. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
What you will do:
  • Serve as co-chair of the Alternative Investment Product Review Committee including leading the agenda for the committee, presenting products for approval, and administering the approval process
  • Manages the Unio AI product pages. Ensures that Unio content and resources are current and accurate
  • Manages and promotes rollout of new product offerings
  • Manages marketing and partner program deliverables relating to new product offerings
  • Interfaces with financial professionals and investment programs on regular basis to answer questions and inquiries regarding AI products offered
  • Responsible for development and maintenance of all AI approved product lists including public and private offerings
  • Assists financial professionals with comparative analysis of various AI products
  • Manages AI Product Education campaign for AI product offerings. Includes coordinating with strategic partners to leverage partner’s available resources
  • Manages multiple projects and coordinates task concurrently
  • Complete periodic ongoing due diligence for existing alternative investment products
  • Sets and keeps consistent office hours at home office and/or remotely
  • Serves as primary point of contact to resolve trading, compliance, or other operational issues with product partners. Escalates as necessary to manager

  • Contributing and working as assigned to lead tasks associated with alternative investment expansion projects and new product offerings
  • Responsible for responding to requests for AI product reviews requested by Recruiting
  • Lead high-profile alternative investment projects, product research and analysis initiatives for senior management
  • Ensures the financial professionals, sales assistants and program managers have the most current product information and consistently receive the highest level of product support
  • Lead and oversee the AI Insight and iCapital platforms used to support financial professionals’ alternative investment business
