Vp - Investments Jobs

JCW Group is working with a global specialty insurance firm to hire a investments VP to join the U.S. investments team. This role allows for frequent remote work, although it will require travel to the New York City office as needed. This opportunity has high growth potential and exposure to C-Suite.

Responsibilities:

• Construction of investment portfolio
• Creation of investment decks and presentation material
• Management of asset allocation through external agencies
• Presentation of investment materials

Qualifications:

• Experience and understanding of core fixed income asset classes as well as non-core asset classes including public equity, private equity, real estate, hedge funds, and other fund investments
• Strong verbal communication skills are required for the investment committee, BoD, regulatory, and rating agency presentations and communication.
• Ability to develop investment analytics and proposals
• Strong quantitative skills are necessary for the portfolio construction and risk measurement process.
• CFA, qualification preferred, not required
