Job Description

Our client, a premier asset management firm in New York, NY is seeking a CLO Analyst to join their dynamic organization.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Communicating risk assessments and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Staying up-to-date on market trends and regulatory developments that could impact CLO investments.
  • Ability to read and interpret fund agreements including, but not limited to, Credit Agreement, Prospectus, Indenture, and Investment Management Agreement a plus
  • Monitoring compliance with investment restrictions by performing pre and post trade testing
  • Interacting with Portfolio Managers and Legal to assist in resolving an array of compliance related issues, and preparing compliance and risk reports
  • Analyzing CLO structures and assessing the credit risk of the underlying loans in the portfolio.


Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of CLO structures and related regulatory requirements.
  • At least two year of experience working with collateralized loan obligation (CLO)
  • A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with others in a team environment.
