About The Role
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Client Services Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a vital member of our Client Services department, you will play a crucial role in assisting healthcare clients interested in our revolutionary products. Your primary responsibilities will include addressing inquiries, resolving client issues, and ensuring our valued clients receive exceptional customer service. You will work closely with various departments, contributing to the seamless delivery of our solutions and building strong relationships with our clients.
Responsibilities
Be the first point of contact for internal and external client inquiries, fostering positive relationships and acting as a liaison between different departments.
Deliver outstanding customer service to clinicians, patients, hospital administrators, and health systems, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
Provide valuable recommendations to enhance our services, aligning with our vision for improved patient care.
Collaborate with stakeholders to implement procedures and policies that uphold quality, efficiency, and effectiveness in our services.
Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and creativity to resolve complex issues, both internally and externally.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information within our system, ensuring smooth operations and data management.
Handle a high volume of client contacts and individual patient samples, while documenting and resolving issues with confidence and positivity.
Promote and endorse our innovative products, demonstrating enthusiasm for their potential impact on kidney health.
Minimum Qualifications
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a client services or patient care role, where deductive reasoning and problem-solving were essential.
High School Diploma.
Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to communicate effectively, both scientifically and technically.
Willingness to learn and adapt to the ever-changing diagnostics industry.
Familiarity with HIPAA regulations, emphasizing the importance of patient data privacy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, and general computer skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain composed under pressure.
Positive attitude and excellent teamwork capabilities, supporting colleagues and working towards common goals.
Experience in logistical coordination is a plus.
Flexibility to work full-time in an open office environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Medical qualifications such as MA, CNA, PCT, or LPN in good standing (other patient care roles considered).
Extensive experience (5+ years) in customer/client/patient service, with strong implementation and workflow skills in public service and healthcare settings.
Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems, such as Epic/Cerner/iCentra, within the last 2 years.
Background in phlebotomy or lab experience.
Experience in both clinical and hospital settings as support staff.
Associates, bachelor's degree, or advanced education.
