Client Services LeadVision (http://www.leadvision.com) is looking to hire a high-energy results-driven Customer Service Professional who is passionate about operational efficiency and skilled at creative problem solving in our downtown Charlotte office. In this role, you will be responsible for handling account management for our client base. The perfect candidate will have a track record of delivering thoughtful and intelligent solutions to seemingly intractable problems.
Responsibilities -Work positively with our team members and customers to ensure that receivables are handled 24/7! -Manage customer account changes, escalated customer issues and of course offer creative customer solutions -Monitor and analyze lead data; offer solutions to increasing revenue within lead site. -Manage key customer accounts -Take inbound calls, chats and emails from customers and assist those customers in a professional manner at all times.
Qualifications -Customer support experience -Experience answering phones -Is curious by nature and itching to solve hard problems -Is passionate about making processes simple and efficient -Has keen critical thinking skills -Has the ability to recognize patterns and connect the dots
