- Coordinate (“traffic”) projects underway to ensure timely involvement of editors, designers and purchasing.
- Responsible for writing blogs, press releases, marketing collateral and internal communications.
- Support editors on publications to ensure that they are relevant, scientifically accurate (fact check) and grammatically correct.
- Coordinate with editors to research, develop and implement new projects.
- Maintain publication information in the company system.
- Ensure that all content is published on schedule.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to fact-check and verify information.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- 1+ years of experience in content creation, editorial coordination, or related field in the publishing or media industry.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with Salesforce & Excel.
