Client Services Associate Jobs

We are looking for a Part-Time Client Service Associate who will be reporting to the Client Service Managers. This position requires working in our Lake Mary office. However, for the right candidate this position has the potential to go full time with partial remote.

Minimum Requirements

• Charismatic and positive attitude
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and proactive follow-up
• Comfortable working independently
• Motivated with a desire to learn and grow professionally
• Experienced in Client Services or other Administrative Role in the Financial industry a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and client service skills
• High School diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred
• Team player with the ability to collaborate with others
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Adobe Acrobat
• Ability to multitask, set priorities and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Work with Prospects to help them onboard and join us as Clients
• Monitor Client inquiries, research, and reply via email and/or phone
• Work with existing Clients on various client service requests
• Continually monitor and update Client database and portfolios
• Assist when required with Client billing
• Assist with office administrative duties
• Other duties as assigned

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
